所以今天一共吃進了 1,490 的卡路里。
今天的運動﹕有﹐可是沒有去健身房。
其實我現在很生氣很不爽自己當中﹐因為我知道心情不好時﹐吃東西雖然會有短暫的 relief﹐可是不會解決事情。I just really, really needed it. But now I'm so friggin mad at myself for giving in.
I almost want to go and throw up what I just ate, but I know that it won't solve the problem. I've never been bulimic and it won't start today. I just have to get better at controlling myself from reaching out to food for comfort.
