As I pulled out of the driveway, a realization that I'm back in reality came over me. I panicked for a second, mourned for the ending of a vacation for another second, and calmed myself down. Work is just a part of life, after all.
Sleep came easily last night, as I pulled the comforter over me, but it didn't stay the entire night. I drifted in and out of sleep and odd dreams. In one I was a teacher, and the next moment a bird. Quite interesting, I must say.
Well, Los Angeles, I'm back!
